Ever since I have embarked on this journey with Certified Pure Therapeutic Oils I have been humbled and amazed at the bodies ability to heal through natures gifts. My son has kicked a fever from 103.5 to 100 within two hours, a bad two week cough was gone after breath oil diffused at night and I’m still learning on Oils University .. I have been going to Cathy for a few years now for waxing and facials. Last week I decided to treat myself to the Pure anti-ageing facial. Cathy does an amazing job at making you feel comfortable, and her facials are the best i have ever had. She also adds in mini massage during the down time. I also have just started with the Dr Renaud products and within a week my skin feels soooo good. So hydrated, and I already can notice a difference in the look of my complexion. For anyone who is new to “taking care of themselves” Aesthetics of the Heart is where you want to go for a super relaxing time!
Catherine, is an amazing woman who I absolutely love going too for my waxing not to mention she’s so educated on all her products and really takes pride in her work! On September 26, 2015, Cathy joined in one of the most important days of my life — my wedding day. She played a critical role to the success of our day — she was my bridal make-up artist and the make-up artist for my wedding party and both my mom and step-mom.
She had a difficult task at hand — each person in the wedding party had a varying appreciation for make-up. On one end of the spectrum, I love make-up and as someone who wears it every day (I gave birth in a full face), it was a critical element of my wedding day. On the other end, I had a bridesmaid who didn’t even own a tube of mascara and who’s skin care regime is the occasional application of sunscreen. Cathy met the demands with ease and made everyone feel relaxed and comfortable.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of her services. I highly recommend Cathy. She listens, she works with you to achieve your desired outcome, and she truly knows her business! Everyone was pleased with their look and we received an endless amount of compliments.

A Day to remember… my daughter’s Spa Day shower…
From the very moment I entered Catherine’s Spa AOTH, I knew that the bridal shower
for my daughter Andrea was going to be everything and more that I had hoped it would be.
Catherine greeted me at the door, took my coat and I walked in noticing ….
relaxing music playing in the background, a beautiful aroma of essential oils …
and then she began the tour to show me her highly organized spa day that she had
planned for us.
There was a coffee table draped in a white and silver table cloth in the living room with a
chocolate fountain and several types of goodies to dip…fresh fruits and pretzels etc..
There were 12 crystal glasses filled with champagne and orange juice, and a raspberry thrown
in, ready for our toast to the Bride Andrea when she would arrive for her “Spa Day Surprize”.
Next came the dining room, there were two manicurists whom had a selection of nail polish for everyone to choose from. Gift bags were lined up on the piano for the bridal shower attendees
to take home. Catherine had accented the tables with beautiful white tulips and other flowers
draped in the bridal colours of silver and white.
The kitchen was filled with many choices of steeped tea, served in china cups.. sandwiches (gluten free as well) and salads prepared for our lunch which was administered by the kitchen
chief manager. Acting as the hostess she catered to all the ladies needs.
Next stop was the spa room which was also a quiet oasis complete with two massage tables
and masseuses ready to perform their magic. Catherine had a private room for facials set
aside and a relaxing lounge with a very comfortable massage chair to enjoy while the mask
set for the facial.
Once everyone had arrived a natural flow of people were called to each service station.
It was fun to meet the new faces, and the more familiar faces, of the guests in this setting
as we rotated through the different locations in the main areas and the spa. The entire
atmosphere was one of fun, excitement and personal attention.
We all felt so very well taken care of. It was so much better to have run this spa in such
a beautiful home environment, than to have gone to a nonpersonal business setting.
I would recommend this type of spa for anyone who wants to be pampered and enjoy the
relaxation of their daughters company and to show their daughter how much she and her
friends / family mean to her.
It was a day to remember and facebook has been buzzing ever since. I know my daughter
was surprised and pleased with so much attention to all who came.
